About this spot

I am Arya. The campsite has been in my family for more than 50 years and I have fantastic memories of spending the summer here when I was a child. I always secretly hoped to run the campsite one day but I accidentally became an Ottoman historian instead which meant I spent a long time reading very old manuscripts written in a now dead language, thinking about the nature of truth and worrying about both the liberating and problematic ways in which history is used.
